Bespoke Advent Calendars

Fox and Moon are a company specialising in products designed to encourage their customers to keep on track with their weight loss goals in a fun and light hearted way.


Fox and Moon wanted a product that enabled customers to keep on track over the Christmas period, whilst still being able to enjoy a tasty treat.


We suggested a desktop sized advent calendar containing 24 delicious Belgian chocolates. The client chose one of our own design templates, only making a few changes to colour and layout to make it their own. They also opted to have 24 individual motivational messages behind each window.


Fox and Moon were delighted with the result. The advent calendars were completely sold out, and because this campaign was so successful, Fox and Moon are looking forward to creating more for 2017.

Chocolate Heaven arrived for one of the UK’s leading business to business solutions providers for print and a whole host of other business requirements, supported by a network of Printing Business Centres in the UK and Ireland.


They asked for our ideas for seasonal giveaways for their customers and we were delighted to provide the help requested. From heart shaped chocolates for Valentine's to Moulded Chocolate Easter Bunnies in bespoke packaging, we produced fast turnaround products and bespoke gifts that they and their customers loved.


Last year we were asked for a unique Halloween gift and we created a 4 moulded Halloween themed chocolates in a fully branded box.  The chocolate was delicious and the packaging perfectly reflected the high quality of their brand.


Our speed and flexibility in creating, producing and supplying these unique solutions provided the perfect solutions for their seasonal campaigns.

Retail Week Live gives the Retail’s Industry's smartest minds the opportunity to explore new strategies, understand business disruptors, chart technological progress and uncover the future roadmap of the industry. The event attracts more than 1200 people across two jam-packed days and features over 150 inspiring speakers.

We were approached by our client, EMAP, to produce a mailer with the theme of ‘take a break’ to send to potential delegates for their upcoming event – Retail Week Live this year. These were mailed out directly to the database of Marketing Managers.


The finished product was a printed A5 brochure supplied with a Kit Kat and branded tea bag glued to a printed backing card. The product was printed, collated, packed and sent to individual UK addresses within a 5-day turnaround. 


Retail Week Live 2017 takes place on the 8-9 March.

We helped the students of our local university


A university were looking for an executive gift for their students. They have a large number of international students so the gift had to be suitable for a diverse range of recipients.


After discussions we suggested a high quality silk tie for men and a silk scarf for women which they could keep as a memory of their time studying at the university.


The lead time on bespoke ties and scarves is approximately 5 weeks from artwork approval, however as this was the first time the products had been ordered with their motif a pre-production sample had to be created which would be an additional 4 weeks. 


The client’s deadline was very close to the wire therefore we had to make sure the artwork was perfect so that when the sample was received we could head straight to production.


We provided a number of visuals showing a variety of patterns for the client so that they could choose the favourite. The patterns were created in line with the University’s brand guidelines and we were ready to go.


The ties and scarves were delivered in good time and the client was delighted with them, and we have received regular orders for these since.


This product helped to show our bespoke sourcing capabilities and since then we have created a variety of bespoke orders for them.

Project Case Study


A leading commercial property investor and property management company needed to raise awareness about a new prestige and high specification commercial office building and to drive viewings from potential tenants with a view to letting the building.


It was important that all marketing materials used by our client reflected the quality of the building, showcased its key features and benefits and provided supporting information for potential tenants. We proposed a bespoke notebook that had an embossed cover, several internal tip-in pages with information about the building and the surrounding area to showcase the opportunity that the new accommodation provides.


These were used both to attract new visitors and as takeaway gifts post viewing so potential tenants had the information and images they needed in considering a potential move and tenancy.


The notebooks provided a useful and cost effective personalised gift that would be retained and used long after the viewing was completed.


Viewings increased and ultimately, so did the lettings.  The building is now fully let.

Kaluna Beach Case Study

A little bit of AdGiftsOnline is now on show in the sun at a Tenerife Beach Club.
